Mechanisms and functions of myonuclear movement

Long-range translocation of myonuclei is a conserved feature of muscle development. Dr. Folker’s lab in the Department of Biology at Boston University uses a combination of genetics, cell biology, and biophysical approaches to understand how and why nuclei move.
