Evidence for Productivity-Diversity Relationships Among Soil Bacteria in a Polar Desert

Dr. Kevin Geyer
University of New Hampshire

Dr. Geyer is a microbial ecologist interested in processes that govern community structure along biogeochemical gradients. He has worked extensively in both temperate forest ecosystems and polar deserts in Antarctica. His talk will focus on his research on community assemblages in polar desert soils.
