Jumars publishes book on the effects of flow on aquatic processes

Pete Jumars, a professor emeritus of oceanography in the School of Marine Sciences, published the book Viscous Flow Environments in Oceans and Inland Waters. The text targets advanced undergraduate students, graduate students and practicing aquatic scientists with little prior exposure to fluid dynamics who seek to understand effects of flow on aquatic processes.
